A Tribute in Honour of George Verwer.
"Founder of Operation Mobilisation, George Verwer’s first contact with Christianity was through a little old lady who gave him the Gospel of John and put him on her "Holy Ghost hit list", praying that he would become a Christian and a missionary. At 14 George gave his life to Jesus and began distributing the Gospel of John in Mexico in 1957. In 1961 Operation Mobilization was born. A little old lady prayed 2 prayers, both answered in George Verwer."
