Fantasy Baseball Live! – October 6, 2024 – 3 pm
Segment 1 – Review of Round 1 of the playoffs. Any observations?
• Series 1: Royals beat Orioles (2 to 0). The Royals scored only three runs, while the Orioles scored only one run in two games.
• Series 2: Tigers beat Astros (2 to 0): I think it’s fair to say the Astros laid an enormous egg
• Series 3: Padres beat Braves (2 to 0) – Losing Chris Sale might have been the final dagger
• Series 4: Mets beat Brewers (2 to 1) – The only fun series. Are the Mets a team of destiny or are they going to run out of pixie dust
Segment 2 – Divisional Series – We will discuss the keys to each series.
• Series 1: Tigers vs. Guardians
• Series 2: Royals vs. Yankees
• Series 3: Padres vs. Dodgers
• Series 4: Mets vs. Phillies
Segment 3 – We draft the first round of 2025.
• I’ll give you the honor of making the first pick as I’m confused. If there is time, maybe another six picks.
