*EPA announced additional changes are coming for chlorpyriphos labels.  

*The State Fair of Texas is underway.  

*The Environmental Protection Agency has been murky at best in outlining how farmers, builders and landowners should comply with current Waters of the U.S. regulations. 

*Serious complications can develop in some horses when exposed to the bacteria that causes strangles.
