Description
The guys make a martini known in the 1900s for omitting then-traditional bitters, and today identified by its pickled cocktail onion garnish.
GIBSON RECIPE
- 2.5oz/75ml GIN
- .42oz/12ml DRY VERMOUTH
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a pair of skewered pickled cocktail onions.
