In this episode of Bring the Pain, I take off the gloves and just bring it to a few teams. I talked about what some teams are doing well and what others are lacking. Now that week 4 is here, these teams need to start stepping it up, and that's which leads to my Macho pick of the week. After last week's pick faltered due to horrible quarterback play, I'm back ready to right this ship.
