Andy has just booked his spot on the GB team for his 2nd Olympics in the 5000m, but we spoke to him one week out from the British trials meet. We spoke to Andy about his career so far; including starting out at Central AC, finishing 6th at the Olympic Games, and much more. Andy also gave us his thought's on the rise of super shoes/spikes and some of the sport's recent drug scandals as well. Enjoy!
