Nicolai is a Certified Core Energetics Practitioner (CCEP) and an Exceptional Marriage Mentor (EMM) who works with individuals, couples and groups, in-person in New York City, the Hudson Valley and online for international and out-of-state clients.
His practice uses a mode of healing that combines body-centered psychotherapy and spiritual process that is applicable to many problems an individual may face such as depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, relationship issues, or a search for more meaning in his life.
He brings to his practice a unique combination of years of training in different therapeutic modalities, along with a lifetime of experience on his own healing journey; and as a lifelong student of meditation, mindfulness, neuroscience, consciousness expansion and spirituality.
He speaks several foreign languages including Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, some German and some Spanish. (joke: so you speak only the easy ones)
Because he has first-hand experience and understanding of the journey of those working with entheogens and sacred plant medicines like ayahuasca and psilocybin, he also offers counseling to navigate difficult emotional or energetic experiences that can arise during these powerful psychedelic experiences, and guidance to help you integrate your insights and illuminations into your day-to-day life.
