Prop. 4: A $10 Billion Bond to Address Climate Change

Prop. 4: A $10 Billion Bond to Address Climate Change

Published 1 year, 3 months ago
Description

Earlier this year, the state legislature passed a $10 billion climate bond on the ballot. Supporters of Prop. 4 say it is urgently needed to address the wildfires, floods and other extreme weather events that are becoming more commonplace in the state. Opponents say the state should not incur more debt to pay for these projects.
