I've managed software projects with 300+ people and complex stakeholder setups, from startups to large international corporations.
Today I run Kodebusters, building awesome products for startups and enterprises, from idea to scale.
Our process includes discovery, prototyping, No-Code development, and Go-To-Market strategies. I manage agency growth and a team of product managers, designers, and developers.
