I’ll be asking Garret if he thinks there is and has been a vitamin A psyop and why do the vast majority of foods considered to be healthy contain so much of it or other toxic factors? We’ll discuss fermentation, cooking, and freezing, the difference between soluble and insoluble fibre, food and remedy-based sulfur, and the role of probiotics in detoxification and good health. We’ll talk about the relationship of fat in food and fat in the body, what foods he considers to be the least toxic, how hair analysis works, and how long it generally takes people to see results from his using his guidelines.
