  1. Creating stress awareness (identifying your stressors) & asking for help
  2. Creating boundaries and protecting your time and energy.
  3. Removing stimulants (coffee, energy drinks) and sugar and creating healtheir eating habits.
  4. Prioritizing self care and good sleep habits.
  5. The use of proper supplements and her suggestions on what helps women with burnout, sleep and energy levels.

She discusses her love for functional medicine and what it means her and how she helps her clients with her online global business.
