But, how did the cheesesteak become synonymous with Philly? Trenae chats with Frank Oliveri, owner of Pat’s King of Steaks in South Philly, and Dave Wez, City Cast Philly food contributor, to figure out if the cheesesteak is still the city’s signature food.
