Welcome to Chronicles of Old Singapore. James Kwok has fond memories of studying in the historic Victoria School@Tyrwhitt Road in the 1960s. There was the culture shock coming from Rayman School, the imposing buildings, strict teachers, good teachers, teachers they bullied, and studying in a boys’ school.
