"Wellness" is the state of being in balance in all of the four main health systems: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. When we are in balance, we experience a great life with positivity and joy! We will be exploring all four health systems with a new four-part Wellness Podcast Series, starting off with mental health. 

When our mental health is in balance, we experience healthy thought patterns, positive self-image, a good view of the world, and the rest of our life is impacted for the better. What should we be considering with our mental health, and what does it look or feel like when we are out of balance? Tune in to find out!
