"The key is to challenge yourself just enough to promote growth without becoming overwhelmed and burnt out.

"In this episode, I'll discuss how to start with a few goals and build from there, avoiding the pitfall of overextending yourself like the mom from The Incredibles. Remember, achieving small goals builds confidence and momentum, while overstretching leads to burnout and loss of motivation."
