Today we have Tom Forgo, Executive pastor at Vision Pointe Church talking with us on the importance of having fun and doing life with the people you lead. A culture of fun helps people in the church be less defensive, more productive, and more contagious. Vision Pointe has seen a culture of serving and volunteering in the church people they purposely make it a fun environment for their people. But to have a joyful church, you need to be a joy-filled person. Vision Pointe church is known for their joy of their staff so we're excited to learn from pastor Tom.
