Lanzer and Joseph (TheVisionEx) discuss how to approach if SIPs should answer to anyone other than the SandFam, which authorizes the spending of DAO resources. They discuss it from an academic and practical level, using 3 recent case studies that emerged from recent SIPs; Ambassador Program, Krafter UGC, and Blockchain Events 2024. They explore a new environment that appears to be contradicting itself with no clear resolution or rule of thumb to guide the community.
