She also alleges the plaintiff didn’t show up for work to care for the defendant’s grandparents.

The plaintiff says his car was towed to the defendant’s shop and then his PlayStation 5 went missing from the trunk. He also says the defendant won’t let him see the security tape, so he’s suing for the value of the PS5. The defendant says the plaintiff came to clean out the car because it was totaled, and then he called the next day to say the PS5 was missing. He denies anything was stolen.
