Eric and Seán are delighted to welcome Dara O'Brien back to the podcast as he prepares to run 120km on Saturday, June 26th  to raise money for As.I.Am and Saplings School in Goresbridge both of whom are doing huge work in raising awareness of and helping children with Autism in Ireland.

In this episode, Dara talks about his training towards to 120km run, the mistakes and what he has learned along the way, how he has structured his long runs with food intake, the 80km run he did last month and more.
