Tom Susman tells us about a special Drought Meeting that is taking place Tuesday evening at the Jackson County Regional Livestock Market in Fairplain. For those who can't make the meeting, WMOV will provide live coverage beginning at 6 pm.
Dave Miller discusses the announcement by West Virginia Governor Jim Justice on Monday that the State Legislature will meet for a special session on September 30 to discuss his 5% income tax cut proposal, work on tax credit for child care and supplemental appropriation funding. Dave also discusses reaction from legislators on tax revenue brought in so far this fiscal year and if the cuts are practical at this time.
Dave also discusses a few other events in our area, and remembers actor James Earl Jones, especially his connections to the Mountain State.
