Actor Alec Baldwin's involuntary manslaughter trial ended in a mistrial last July after the judge determined the state withheld evidence from Baldwin that could have helped his defense. That evidence was a batch of rounds turned over to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office by retired police officer Troy Teske.
