Description

Carly Gregg, 14, is accused of murdering her mother, Ashley Smylie, by shooting her three times and wounding her stepfather last March. Security cameras at the home in Rankin County, Mississippi recorded parts of the incident. Now, weeks ahead of her trial, Gregg has turned down a plea deal and is using an insanity defense. Law&Crime's Angenette Levy talks with Jackson Jambalaya editor Jimmy Hendrix about the case that has shaken the community in this episode of Crime Fix — a daily show covering the biggest stories in crime.
