These four (4) mental states are often referred to as “The Brahma-viharas”. Your intentions, speech, and actions should emanate from these mental states. In this Podcast, David will teach you what are the Brahma-viharas, how to cultivate and practice them, and how they are beneficial in your pursuit to the Enlightened mind.
