Ricky Pearsall released from hospital after being shot in chest
San Francisco 49ers WR Ricky Pearsall was released from the hospital one day after being shot on Saturday. Pearsall did not require surgery and the bullet did not hit any of his major organs. 49ers General Manager John Lynch visited with Pearsall in the hospital, but it is unclear whether Kyle Shanahan did the same.
