Taraney Nicole is a medicine woman, doula, embodiment coach, tantra healer... this list goes on. She is here to help women, especially, bridge the gap between the spiritual realm and the 3D experience of being human and it's her mission to guide us all to be our own healers. She reminds us that all we desire is within and that we are completely capable of healing through intention, trust, and putting in the work.

Taraney teaches that the body, mind, and spirit are deeply intertwined. Her personal philosophy is that all illness, whether it be physical or emotional, begins at a spiritual & energetic level. She says, "Both personally and globally we are witnessing the great need for healing in this interconnected way. We can see it in our relationships, our planet, and our inner world. To reach the healing that we are looking for, we must begin here – with spirit." This episode was profoundly healing for me because we get into topics that I almost never hear talked about publicly - and for that reason, I want to issue a * trigger warning *.
