Aria and Nikki sit down to talk about the death of Jaime Diaz at Aria's former prison (and Ian's current prison), the importance of ending the drug war, and the importance of providing people with a safe means to do things that you may not necessarily want them to do. Teaching people "stop, drop, and roll" doesn't encourage them to catch on fire, teaching people to use condoms doesn't encourage them to have sex, and providing people with fentanyl test strips isn't going to turn them into heroin users.
