In this episode, the boyz give training updates on their Chicago Marathon blocks and also talk about the future of Life In Stride! We have had some cooler weather lately which has led to some confidence-building workouts. The boyz are also starting to solidify their race goals: Cheston sub-2:40, Chris sub-2:27, Danny sub-2:42, and Scotty sub-2:32.
