Nicole Virzi is accused of murdering 6 1/2 week-old Leon Katz, the son of her friends, on Father's Day. The same day, the District Attorney in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, said Virzi injured Leon's twin brother. The DA is seeking the death penalty against Virzi, who was pursuing a PhD in psychology and visiting friends when Leon died. Virzi has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
