Today I sit with Emerson and we talk about the comedy scene in Austin Texas, Kill Tony, and his time doing comedy in Berlin. We also talk about his experience traveling to Ghana, doing stand up comedy there, and his experience going to the Paris Olympics 2024.

Emerson Jacob is an engineering MS candidate & stand up comic based in Austin, Texas – he’s performed in Toronto, Seattle, New York, Berlin, and Accra. He runs a podcast called Research2Reality (@research2reality), where he interviews academics about their research and asks them about topical subjects (e.g. lab leak theory, stem cell therapy)
