It signals that you must take a step back from a place that isn’t serving your highest self. It makes you aware that you need to leave a situation, a room, a job, or relationship.
Learn to listen to your anger without acting on it. Make it your guide. It will offer you understanding, liberate you from your pain and then, it will leave.
The goal isn't to never feel anger, it's to feel anger and understand what it's telling you and to choose a healthy way to respond to it.
