It is a great honour to have Dr. Sherry Price on todays episode to share her story and how she is helping women with their relationship with alcohol. Like the hundreds of women Sherry has helped, she realized that she had an overdrinking habit that she just couldn't break. She would try all the common tactics (Dry Januarys, making rules like not having it during the week, or not allowing it in the house), but she found she would still revert back to her old habits. After years of struggling, she develop a science-based solution that breaks the overdrinking habit without requiring you to give up alcohol completely. By changing your desire to drink, you no longer crave alcohol or look forward to it at the end of the day. Its going into the root of the symptom of overdrinking.
