About Yeliena Theofilatos
Yeliena Theofilatos is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Hypnotherapist with a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a BA from Hunter College. She has completed extensive specialized training, including a 100-hour Comprehensive Training in Clinical Hypnosis & Strategic Psychotherapy with PhD Michael Yapko, Polyvagal Theory Informed Trauma Assessment and Interventions through PESI, and Brief Coaching at the University of Toronto's OISE. Yeliena's unexpected journey into entrepreneurship, driven by the COVID-19 pandemic, combines her academic achievements and practical expertise to provide compassionate and effective mental health support.
