30. HE’S HERE! Ezra's Birth Story + Your Questions Answered

Episode 30 Published 2 years ago
Description

HE’S HERE! I finally gave birth to our beautiful baby boy Ezra Levi Kirschen on July 26th at 3:33 pm! He weighed 8 lbs and 2.4 ounces after spending 40 weeks in my belly. I was flooded with questions in my DM’s about my experience of giving birth this time, so I want to sit down and answer as many questions as possible about how I’m doing postpartum!

In today’s episode, I talk about Ezra’s birth story and how I’m slowly starting my own postpartum weight loss journey (for the second time). I’ve always been open with you guys and sharing my experience with pregnancy and giving birth is something I want to do. I cover everything from allowing my body to do what it needs to do for recovery to what my hospital experience was like and what I’m doing to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.

I honestly had no idea what to expect going into this second labor, but I hope you find this podcast episode a source of education that will help you learn more about what you might expect during pregnancy and postpartum.

Everyone’s birth story is different and at the end of the day, you’re a rockstar for giving birth no matter your birth story!

xoxo,

Jackie
