Gary B. Cohen is a dynamic leader with 36+ years of business experience, specializing in the call center industry and leadership development. A Harvard Business School graduate, he’s known for his integrity, resilience, and adaptability. Gary has led organizations through rapid growth, promoted talent, and is skilled at making strategic decisions. He has received numerous accolades, including Aspen Institute Henry Crown Fellow and Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award Finalist, and has worked with over 140 businesses.
Gary co-founded ACI Telecentrics, growing it to 2,200 employees and taking it public on NASDAQ. He also founded BOSS (Board of School Superintendents) and has coached over 300 entrepreneurial leaders. His book, Just Ask Leadership, reflects his inquiry-driven leadership approach. Gary developed the PEAK and Ascent leadership models and is dedicated to sustainability, participating in 1% for the Planet and the Aspen Crown Fellowship for two decades.
