Season 5 Episode 50
Do something, even if it’s wrong.
“Action is a great restorer and builder of confidence. Inaction is not only the result, but the cause, of fear. Perhaps the action you take will be successful; perhaps different action or adjustments will have to follow. But any action is better than no action at all.” - Norman Vincent Peale
We can’t be afraid of making mistakes. Guess what? Few of us get it right, and almost none of us get it right the first time.
We want always to give it our best effort based on the knowledge and understanding that we have at the time. But as Maya Angelou said, when we know better do better.
Procrastination, distraction, and inaction will never get us where we want to be. As my father was fond of saying, you’ve got to do something even if it’s wrong.
I’m Horace McMillon. This is 60 Seconds of Hope. Peace be with you!
