It was a regular sparring day when Amber suffered a life-altering knee injury that consisted of her tearing her PCL along with many other structures in her knee. She saw multiple orthopedic surgeons, & ended up needing to undergo surgery twice in order to finally be on her recovery way. In this episode, she shares the challenges she faced, both mentally & physically, how she overcame going from hopeless to powerful, & some of her biggest lessons that she is grateful for today.
