Two doctors and three others - including a woman known as the “Ketamine Queen” - are facing federal charges for the overdose death of “Friends” star Matthew Perry. Perry was found dead in his swimming pool last October. An autopsy revealed he died from “acute effects of Ketamine.” Perry was receiving infusions of Ketamine for treatment of depression but his autopsy report said those infusions did not cause his death.
