Description
We will continue trekking along in the new eBook that I recently released, The Red Light Therapy Guide. In this episode, we will get into the meat and potatoes of my new and vastly improved red light therapy treatment protocol ecosystem. This new format allows anyone with any type of RLT device to easily and accurately produce a nuanced, individualized protocol based on their health and wellness goals.
Part of the education process of learning about this new protocol ecosystem is about the profound importance of utilizing a third party tested RLT device. I cannot underscore the importance of this, which is why I emphasize it in the eBook in this section of the eBook. There is no way of getting around the significance of using a third party tested device, as one of the two main variables required to produce an effective protocol is light irradiance. Without third party testing, your device likely has an over-inflated light irradiance that will inherently throw off the accuracy of your protocol.
During the latter part of this episode, we will begin diving into the various health conditions that have been scientifically been proven to be ameliorated via RLT. For each health and wellness condition, we will cover the mechanism(s) of action of how RLT can help improve a given condition and then, secondly, go over snippets of research that demonstrate the benefits of photobiomodulation for a given condition. In today's episode, we will cover the Anxiety, Stress and Depression section.
