Q1. Can you elaborate on Christians and their self-esteem? As Christians, we are meant to realise that we are nobody, to be humble, and to give all glory to God. - (00:01)

Q1. a) But oftentimes, it is very easy to fall into the mindset of feeling inferior, feeling sensitive, or even fall into the mindset of self-abasing. Now, how should a Christian navigate through these situations, especially in setting up a proper mindset? - (06:13)

Q1. b) If a person constantly thinks that he is a nobody, then he will lack the self-confidence to do anything. As a result, he will always doubt himself and will even struggle to complete a simple task. - (16:08)

Q1. c) When a task is given, instead of saying and feeling that I have the confidence to complete the task, there will be a tendency of feeling that "I am a nobody, and therefore, I don't know how to do it. Maybe someone else should do the task." - (22:44)

Q1. d) When you have to sell yourself in an interview or annual performance review, you end up downplaying your performance because you think that what you have done is actually nothing, but someone else who has done less but upsells themselves gets a better bonus and salary increase. - (35:53)

Q1. e) In the situations that I quoted above, I know that as Christians, we should assess ourselves honestly and not lie, but can we have self-confidence that “I am doing ok” and not short-sell ourselves?
