Tip #8 to Help You Break Bad Habits

Today we are talking about Tip #8 to Help You Break Bad Habits, which is

Falling Off the Wagon.

Accept that your action plan had a slight “bump” and then get straight back on the wagon and continue the journey.  I call this, allowing yourself to have a little “pitty party”, however that looks for you. Nobody is perfect and there could be a small slip, so get up, refocus, recommit, and get back on the horse (as they say). You can do anything you set your mind to doing. You can do it!
