Maggie Leighton was not into tiaras and dress up until a few years ago when she started entering local pageants. Now after a lot of hard work, her poise and talent won her the crown of Ms Massachusetts Teen for 2024. But her ambition does stop there. This high school senior is also involved in chorus and sports and someday, she wants to be a cardiologist. She is grateful to the Miss America Pageant system for the scholarship money she has won so far to realize her dream.
