Tip #6 to Help You Break Bad Habits

Today we are talking about Tip #6 to Help You Break Bad Habits, which is to Maintain Motivation.

After the initial novelty of making a life altering change begins, boredom can set in. Continually challenge yourself to stay on target, and focus on the good things you will achieve once you’ve broken the back of your bad habit. This will also help you from falling back on to your bad habit you are trying to break. I have heard so many times over the years from people who would tell me, I had good success with changing blank and then I went back to my old habits….why did I stop doing what I was doing as it was working…. We sometimes fall back without really even realizing it. Don’t let that happen to you.

If necessary, practice a daily affirmation like “Every day in every way I am becoming an even better person.”
