Description
It is HARD, that's what it is. I only scratch the surface in this episode but there are books and so much information online. I found it so difficult to actually to this work because no one likes talking about the traits in themselves that they don't like. HOWEVER, It is beneficial and helped with my healing so I thought I would share it with you all.
