In June of 1984, the skeletal remains of a murdered man were discovered buried under a pump house on a farm in Missouri. For nearly 40 years, the unknown remains were known as "The Lincoln County John Doe", until advancements in genetic genealogical DNA finally enabled authorities to put a name to the victim.
