Teria: My tip of the week is actually a sticky note in my bathroom that says, "Take risks, ask big questions; don't be afraid to make mistakes, if you don't make mistakes you are not reaching far enough." And it's something I try and convey to my coaching clients because they're just kind of getting started and their big thing is, "I don't want to mess up, I don't want to make mistakes, I don't know, I don't want to get it wrong, I'm afraid to make mistakes".
