Detectives in Santa Cruz County, California are working to determine who murdered a Lizbeth Arceo Sedano, 25, after her boyfriend showed up at a police station with her daughter armed with a knife and threatened to harm the child. A Watsonville Police officer shot Joshua Gonzalez, who survived.
