Eilidh and Susan are straight out of the blocks with this episode, literally less than an hour after Josh Kerr's 1500m heroics at the olympics, the two got together to give their views. 

As well as the men's 1500m, they look back at the Scots who have performed already, who is still to come and the tough realities of competing at an Olympics.
