Riots that began in Southport last week have since spread to London, Rotherham, Middlesbrough, Liverpool, Bolton and Northern Ireland. UnHerd columnist Aris Roussinos was on the ground in Belfast as a firsthand witness to what he calls the 'ethnic conflict' of our era.
