Chris Willingham, President of the US War Dogs Association, is a combat veteran, a dog handler, and a huge proponent for war dogs, especially how these valuable combat veterans need to be treated upon their retirement. With that said it should be noted that furry veterans get no help from the VA or any other government agency so medicines and surgical help fall upon the one adopting the dog and here is where the U S War Dogs
