In this episode, we interview Kate Osgood of Birch Rise Farm in New Hampshire. Kate has an interesting story in that she worked as a fashion merchandiser in a major metropolitan area before becoming a pig farmer. She and her husband Ken, along with their two young boys Hunter and Henry, raise pasture pork and poultry on their farm.
